Dr. Xiangchuan Meng is a specially appointed Research Fellow and Master's Supervisor at Nanchang University, selected for the National Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Support Program. He obtained his Ph.D. in Science from Nanchang University in 2021 and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research at the University's School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. In 2024, he was recruited by Nanchang University as a high-level talent under the Distinguished Young Scholar program. Dr. Meng has presided over four research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Young Scientists Fund), China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (Innovative Talent Support Program), and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (First-Class General Funding). To date, he has published over 60 SCI-indexed papers, including 20 first/corresponding-author publications in prestigious international journals such as Nature Communications, Joule, Advanced Materials, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, and Advanced Functional Materials, among which 2 papers are recognized as ESI Highly Cited Papers. His work has achieved an H-index of 27 with more than 2,700 citations. Dr. Meng has applied for 4 Chinese invention patents (3 granted) and received several prestigious awards including the Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science First Prize and the Gold Medal in the National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
Professor Yiwang Chen is a doctoral supervisor at Nanchang University and Jiangxi Normal University, recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and selected for the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program" for leading scientific and technological innovation. He has been recognized through the National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents Project, awarded the Humboldt Research Fellowship (Germany), granted special government allowances by the State Council, and elected as a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Professor Chen has led and completed 11 major research projects including National Natural Science Foundation Key Projects, Distinguished Young Scholars Program, Sino-German International Cooperation Projects, and General Program projects, along with the Ministry of Science and Technology's 973 Preliminary Research Special Program. He has published over 400 academic papers as first or corresponding author in prestigious international journals including Nature Communications, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Advanced Materials, and Angewandte Chemie International Edition. His achievements include 41 authorized invention patents and authorship of 2 academic monographs (Chinese/English) plus 2 textbooks.
Dr. Xiaotian Hu serves as the Technology Officer and Director of the company, while holding positions as Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nanchang University. As a recipient of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, he has presided over 13 research projects including the Excellent Young Scientists Program, General Program and Young Scientists Program of the National Natural Science Foundation, as well as equipment pre-research projects of the Central Military Commission's Equipment Development Department. His distinguished honors include the Natural Science Award (Second Class) from the Ministry of Education, Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Awards (First and Second Class), selection for the China Association for Science and Technology's Young Talent Support Program, and recognition as a Jiangxi Young Jinggang Scholar. Dr. Zengqi Huang, a core member of the company's technical team, serves as Professor and Master's Supervisor at Jiangxi Normal University. He is a recipient of the China Association for Science and Technology's Young Talent Support Program and has been selected for Jiangxi's "Double Thousand Plan" as an innovation leading talent. Dr. Huang has led five research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation's Young Scientists Fund, Jiangxi's "Double Thousand Plan" Introduction Program, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation's General Program. His distinguished achievements include receiving the Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science First Prize, Jiangxi Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award, and the National Scholarship for Doctoral Candidates. With an academic record of over 40 SCI-indexed publications, Dr. Huang has achieved an H-index of 23 with more than 2,200 citations, along with 3 patent applications (1 authorized).
Dr. Wangping Sheng serves as the vice president of technology, holding a Ph.D. in Science from Nanchang University with research specialization in perovskite optoelectronic materials and device fabrication. He has presided over two Jiangxi Provincial Graduate Innovation Special Fund projects and published 10 first-author (including co-first author) SCI papers including Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Materials, Advanced Energy Materials, Energy & Environmental Science, Advanced Functional Materials, and CCS Chemistry. His academic honors include the National Scholarship for Doctoral Candidates and recognition as an Outstanding Graduate Researcher of Nanchang University.
